Event Attendance Rules
By attending this event, you agree to comply with the following rules and regulations:
- Ticket Validity:
All tickets are valid only for the specific event date and time. Unauthorized duplication, resale, or transfer of tickets is prohibited. The organizer reserves the right to cancel any tickets found to be invalid. - Conduct and Behavior:
Attendees must conduct themselves in a respectful and orderly manner at all times. Any disruptive, inappropriate, or offensive behavior may result in immediate removal from the venue and ticket cancellation, without refund. - Prohibited Actions:
- Unauthorized Photography/Filming: Photography, video recording, or live-streaming without prior permission from the organizer is strictly prohibited.
- Illegal Activities: Any form of illegal activity, including but not limited to drug use, violence, or harassment, is not tolerated and will result in immediate removal and possible legal action.
- Alcohol and Drugs: Consumption of alcohol and drugs is restricted to designated areas. Attendees under the influence may be denied entry or removed from the venue.
- Health and Safety:
All attendees must comply with safety regulations. Emergency exits and evacuation procedures must be followed in case of an emergency. The organizer is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property that occurs during the event. - Access Restrictions:
The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry or remove anyone from the venue who fails to comply with the event rules or whose actions disrupt the event experience. This includes failure to adhere to COVID-19 protocols (if applicable), or non-compliance with any other safety or security measures.
Important: Unfortunately, children under 6 years old are not allowed. - Cancellation or Changes:
The organizer reserves the right to modify the event schedule, cancel the event, or make changes to the venue without prior notice. In such cases, ticket refunds may be provided at the discretion of the organizer. - Right to Cancel Tickets:
The organizer reserves the right to cancel or revoke tickets at any time, including but not limited to situations involving disruptive behavior, unauthorized photography/videography, or any other action deemed inappropriate or in violation of these rules. - Liability Disclaimer:
The organizer is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property while attending the event. All attendees participate at their own risk.
